What do you like best about DonorSearch?

We looked at a lot of software options before settling on DonorSearch. By far the best decision we could have made. For the pricepoint, you get more intel than options that cost significantly more. The quality of the data is timely, current, up-to-date and they've been deep diving for significantly longer than most other options I'm aware of. The fact that it melds seamlessly with our CSR software is an added bonus and the customer service is superb. Completely easy to integrate and use - DonorSearch gets used frequently in our shop by not only our researcher but by major gift officers and other staff looking to dive deeper into a donor or prospect. What do you dislike about DonorSearch?

We haven't found anything to dislike. You have to prioritize using it for there to be value - but that's going to be the case with any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?

DonorSearch is giving us insight on existing donors as well as providing history on prospects. We're able to quickly assess where a donor's capacity is stronger than their commitment to us - and get hints into what their passion projects might be outside of us. We also use it to confirm what we suspect about our donors and where they keep their money. Great resource, super flexible and lots and lots of excellent data points. The platform offers great capabilities, but it's worth noting that some data points might be a bit outdated or need to be verified. A manual review can help with this! Additionally, enhancing the user interface to make it more intuitive would really help, especially when dealing with complex reports.
