"This is the right tool for a small ministry with many associates"

What do you like best about DonorHub?

One of the things that makes this product so helpful is its simplicity. When working with a rather large number of associates who want to track fund balances, the transactions that make it up as well as donor and donation information in one place, this product does all of this in one small package. We are working with a number of associates who have a varying degree of skill level in computer systems and we are finding that they are able to understand the key parts and activity quickly. Being able to send them to one place for the information is perfect. Troy did a great job of trying to understand our needs making things fit into the current system. There is a rather simplistic interface for working with users but here again, it does the job and is quick and easy to setup. Troy also did a good job of helping us to get a large number of associates into the system quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorHub?

Because of the simplicity, there is little ability to configure the system outside of the box. We had to modify how we did things a little but in the end it worked. We found out that we could connect this to our donor system and to our financial system only to find out later that we had to spend an additional $2,000 to have the proper rights in our financial system to make the connection work. While the price for DonorHub is minimal, one has to be aware upfront of the potential of additional costs to connect it to the financial system. This may not be the case for all ERPs but it was for Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
