Great Experience! Once I had everything set up, it was such a seamless process to manage my donations and allocate to different charities. **What do you dislike about DonationXchange?** I dislike that you have to pay attention to the platform to know how much you are donating. **What problems is DonationXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing donations to different charities and organizations that I want to contribute to. ### 2. Uploading items (such as family passes or memberships) that can be donated to fundraising events is done in bulk, which saves time and energy - especially when hundreds of requests are submitted annually. **What do you dislike about DonationXchange?** The user interface feels dated, and batching multiple items to be donated at the same time is not as straight forward as I think it could be. The reporting features essentially rely on feedback information from those you've donated to - meaning the museum hasn't really been able to take advantage due to low post-event reporting completed by those that have received donated goods. **Recommendations to others considering DonationXchange:** If you're looking for a simple way to reduce your request - fulfillment time, while also curbing your paper waste, DonationXchange is the way to go. If you want more detailed insights into your giving program, it may not be right for you. **What problems is DonationXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonationXchange is helping us solve the issue of receiving hundreds of mailed, paper donation requests every year. This has allowed the museum to reduce its ecological footprint; cut down the time it takes to sort, open and respond to individual requests via mail or email; and fulfill donation requests in a more timely fashion. ### 3. It captures generally helpful information and I do not find that I need to follow up with customers to get more information. **What do you dislike about DonationXchange?** The overall layout is a little clunky and the fields can be difficult to understand what is intended for populating those specific fields. **Recommendations to others considering DonationXchange:** The interface is a little clunky for the end user.
