What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how simple and efficient it makes the entire signing process. Instead of dealing with printing, scanning, or mailing paperwork, I can send and sign documents digitally in just a few clicks, from any device. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which saves me a significant amount of time and reduces errors. What do you dislike about Docusign?

What I dislike about DocuSign is that while it’s excellent for basic signing, some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complicated to set up, especially when creating templates or customizing workflows. I’ve noticed that the interface occasionally feels a little clunky when formatting fields, and the mobile app isn’t always as seamless as the desktop experience. "Easy Remote Signatures with DocuSign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

It’s easy to get signatures, no matter where people are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

sometimes docusign support is not able to resolve issues. We are intergrated with Procore and sometimes the envelopes don't complete in Procore, but complete in Docusign. When we speak to Procore about this issue we are told that since it's Docusign's integration, that we need to speak with Docusign, when we speak with Docusign, we are told to speak with Procore. It's totally frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Reliable Digital Signing Solution that Simplifies Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how quickly I can send and get documents signed without printing, scanning, or courier delays. It’s very simple to use, so even people who are not very tech-savvy are able to complete signatures smoothly on their own. I also like that it works well on both laptop and mobile, and lets me track who has viewed and signed the document, which gives good control and visibility. The security and audit trail features add confidence that the documents are legally valid and handled in a compliant way, which is important for work-related agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

What I dislike about DocuSign is mainly the high cost, which can quickly add up with different plans and hidden fees, making it expensive for smaller businesses. The pricing structure is quite complex and not very transparent, which makes budgeting difficult. Sometimes, the advanced features are not very easy to set up and need extra effort or technical knowledge. The customer support can feel limited and not very personalized, which can be frustrating when issues arise. Also, there are occasional usability challenges like the interface feeling a bit clunky for formatting, and the mobile app lacks some functions compared to desktop. Overall, while DocuSign is powerful, it can be costly and a bit complicated to get the most out of it without proper support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
