"Efficient, User-Friendly Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I like that Document360 is easy to use and consistently reliable. It's great that I can rebrand it to match our company's style. It's also beneficial that Product Managers, who aren't technical writers, can easily update the documentation, which reduces the workload on our technical writers. I appreciate that updates can be made in seconds. Setting it up was super easy too; we activated it and rebranded, even set up a second site in one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

The editor can be improved to provide a more Google Docs look and feel for non-technical writers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Platform for Managing and Publishing a Knowledge Base That is Instantly Accessible"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

It is a simple and reliable resource where I can easily find the right workflows and confirm whether I’m following the correct guidelines. It’s been a powerful tool for centralizing knowledge and making information easily available across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

It would be nice to able to sort cards by type and category more easily as it can be challenging to sift through when we have an influx of new cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Interface and Powerful Documentation Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

The user-friendly interface and robust article editor are excellent. It makes creating, organizing, and updating documentation significantly faster than our previous method. I especially appreciate the version control and rollback functionality, which gives us confidence in managing changes. The ability to create private portals/documentation sites for internal teams while maintaining a separate public-facing site is a huge benefit for controlling access and ensuring data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

While the core features are great, the search functionality could be improved to be more intelligent and forgiving of typos or natural language queries. I also find the advanced customization of the portal's design/CSS to be a bit cumbersome for non-developers. A more intuitive way to integrate with some of our other key tools (like specific CRM/Service Desk software) would also be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Analytics Depth with Clear Graphs and Tables"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

The breadth and depth of the analytics is amazing. Almost anything that I could imagine wanting to know, it does. Information is presented in both graphs and tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

I would have to ponder that for a while to come up with anything. Document360 really does it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Getting Faster Answers and Better Support with Document360 AI Chatbot"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

The AI Chatbot has significantly improved how users access information by delivering accurate, context-aware answers directly from our knowledge base. Instead of relying on support teams or manually searching through documentation, employees and customers get immediate responses to their questions. This has reduced support workload, accelerated issue resolution, and improved the overall self-service experience. By turning our documentation into an interactive knowledge assistant, we have increased the value of our existing content while enabling our teams to focus on higher-impact work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

I haven't encountered any major limitations. My only suggestion would be expanding some enterprise-level AI workflows further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Yet Pricey Document Management Tool"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I use Document360 for maintaining User guides, and I love how user-friendly the UI is. It's easy to use and has version control, which really helps to scale the document. I also appreciate the easy formatting use, which allows for page-by-page management and controlled access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Pricing is high as we are a startup company. Some packages should be there. It's a bit complex when a person starts using it as a new user. Articles' wise pricing, small team discounts, as after 6 or 10 users it gets more costly. The initial setup was a bit complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Outstanding Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I really like how easy it was for me to start using Document360. The initial setup was a breeze, and we managed to set everything up in under an hour. The pricing is really great too. I use Document360's chatbot feature to help my users get information they need on my website from the AI assistant, which takes a lot of load off our support team. Our customer support team has found the AI assistant most helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Not much, honestly! The one thing that could be improved is the UI on the admin side, but honestly it's already pretty good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Selected Document360 after reviewing ~8-10 other systems - and it proved to be the right decision"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

The key to success is centralized content, content management and proper governance. The key to adoption is the search functionality using conversational AI. The customer success team (all of them) have been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Some of the user roles and permissions were problematic, but really we've had no issues. I wish we had better access to the backend analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Updates and Easy Page Creation, but Pricing Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

Updates are nearly instant, and it’s easy to add new pages. The version control is helpful for seeing who made edits and tracking changes. Onboarding was smooth and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Pricing is unclear and cumbersome. There are tiers, but within each tier there are also add-ons, which makes it hard to understand what you’re actually getting. Some things make sense to be paywalled, like advanced AI features, but something like a user limit shouldn’t be. Additionally, it comes up all the time that something is restricted or locked behind another tier or add-on. Overall, it feels cheap, like they’re always trying to squeeze more out of you.
