Easy, secure signatures **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020 **What do you like best about DocuFirst?** It allows you to sign legal documents without going through the hassle of printing, signing and scanning or using old-school snail mail. **What do you dislike about DocuFirst?** Honestly nothing - if you're against electronic signatures you won't like the product, but otherwise it's a great, simple service. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFirst:** If you trust electronic signatures and are comfortable sending documents via email, this product is for you. It's simple, easy and effective, and has made my life easier since using it. **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finalizing contracts used to be a long, drawn out process because they required physical signatures followed by either slow hand deliveries or the annoying process of printing and scanning. Now, signing a contract is as easy as signing an email, and ensures the entire process is fast and simple. ### 2. Easy to use. Notifications to the sender and person it was also sent to make using it practically. Everyone knows what's going on, and everything gets done. I love that you can upload your form templates. I know that there are so many that easily can be coverted and are already around to use. PDF or Word Documents can be uploaded. You can also store multipule documents. It is awesome that e-sign your forms are avalaibe online. This is also time and money saving. I love that I am not using paper. **What do you dislike about DocuFirst?** Sometimes the login part is annoying. You have to make sure the docs that are being sent get sent to the correct email address. I also find the notifications to be too much sometimes. Sometimes store multipule documents can be hard if they were never saved correctly. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFirst:** It is so simple. Having all your docs ready to upload and having a list of emails will be a good idea too. Useit to store multipule documents. Save time and money. ALso save paper. **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am reminding people who need to sign documents without sounding annoying or needy. This tool does that for me. I also save time by sending docs to multiple people in one place. I think the simplistity is what it is for me. I love that you can upload your form templates. I could not imagine having to sign documents manually, scan the documents then send them over to the reciever. **What do you dislike about DocuFirst?** I do not think I dislike anything about the product. I believe you need to verify that the correct sending is being sent the document to be signed. You do not have a John Handcock when it's virtual. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFirst:** This is a great product for any company to use. It is sure and helps move processes along. No more waiting for signatures and having to mail documents. everything is all in one application. **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it solves is efficiency. This has increased productivity in my opinion. I think decisions can be made much quicker and processes move much faster now that signatures are virtualized. ### 5. So, there is not a download needed on the device. Everything is on the cloud and saved on the cloud! Creating custom forms is a big one too! **What do you dislike about DocuFirst?** So far, I have not run into any issues. This makes signing documents very easy and streamlined for all parties. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFirst:** Definitely utilize the online support and customer support features whenever one runs into a problem. Their response time is very quick and efficient. I would say they have helped me answer all the questions I have had. **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less paper means less problems. Getting signatures from parties who are located farther has been so easy. ### 6. Overall not many complaints **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great tool to get quick signatures and complete deals as opposed to mailing forms for wet sigs. However, those who may not be familiar might be a bit wary. Another aspect that I like about this software is that it offers the possibility of creating custom web forms and databases, it also has multiple tools for data management and sends email notifications and activity alerts. **What do you dislike about DocuFirst?** Its cost is high and increases as the number of users increases, its pricing plans are not very flexible, so its implementation requires a large investment. Another disadvantage is that it requires the internet to work, it does not offer the possibility of working offline. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFirst:** I recommend users to evaluate the different price plans offered by this tool, so that they can get a plan that suits their organization's requirements. I also suggest going to the online or telephone support service, because they provide a quick and timely response to any inconvenience. **What problems is DocuFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software provides us with all the necessary tools for secure electronic signature and also allows us to collect and store all kinds of relevant information. Since we implemented DocuFirst we have reduced the use of paper and email, and we have achieved better results by delivering any document with complete speed and ease. Another great benefit that this tool has given us, is that it allows us to access our stored documents from anywhere and through any device with internet access. ### 11.
