**What do you like best about Dochly?**

I use Dochly Storage to automatically connect my Salesforce record files directly to the cloud like GDrive. It saves a lot of manual work because when a new record is created, the cloud folder gets created automatically, and any file attached to a record is synced automatically. My team can upload, download, and preview files directly from the Salesforce record page without switching between apps, which is a game changer. I really like getting a lot of premium features in a free trial, like generating 10 documents with one template with zero data exposure. The setup is quite easy, taking only 4 to 5 minutes, and it provides the best user experience. The features come with a lower price and more accuracy. We previously used a different product but switched to Dochly because it offers the same features at quite less cost, which is great for our bulk usage.

**What do you dislike about Dochly?**

They have currently only two formats for document generation like PDF and HTML. I think if they add more formats like DOCX, Excel, then it will be great.

**What problems is Dochly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dochly automates syncing Salesforce records with cloud storage like Google Drive. It creates folders automatically, attaches files without manual work, and organizes everything seamlessly. This eliminates messy, time-consuming manual tasks, preventing lost files and duplicate uploads.
