**What do you like best about Dista Deliver?**

I like best about Dista Deliver is the seamless communication it enables between the driver and dispatcher. The real-time updates on deliveries help keep everyone informed, reducing delays and ensuring a smooth process.

**What do you dislike about Dista Deliver?**

one thing I dislike about Dista Deliver is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users. It could benefit from a more intuitive design with simplified navigation.

**What problems is Dista Deliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dista Deliver solves some pains in our last-mile delivery processes. The platform makes it quite easy to handle real-time communication between drivers and dispatchers-that is, everybody gets updated on any changes or problems with the delivery process. This has reduced miscommunication and generally improved overall efficiency. Furthermore, with the ability to track KPIs and monitor driver performance, we're able to indicate areas of improvement that need to be optimized in the delivery process. These features have streamlined our operations, saving time and, more importantly, resulting in better customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Dista Deliver?**

Dista Deliver performs exceptionally well in managing mundane functions such as order assignment and route planning. This relieved my team to focus on requiring more planning of projects, additional customer relations.

**What do you dislike about Dista Deliver?**

Delivery dispatching capability is absent from Dista Deliver. It does not have a summary view of the delivery timelines which are essential while scheduling drivers and creating new routes on the road.

**What problems is Dista Deliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dista Deliver addressed the main issues of order processing and tracking. This helped to ease our work flow and increase our customers’ satisfaction. It does not offer a complete dispatch system for managing the drivers’ performance or help increase overall delivery output.
