We have had other background check providers who are much larger that give you less care about the progression of items running and there are so many customer support reps that it take longer to get the answers you are needing. With GHRR we do not have that, I think the longest I have ever waited on hold was 2 minutes. **What do you dislike about DISA Global Solutions?** Not much to say here, I think every background check company has occasional delays due to using 3rd party vendors, but with GHRR our issues are few and far between.
