They have awesome talent - great people to work with too. Agencies tend to turn over frequently and you often get the JV team with fresh-out-of-college players - but not with Digitas. This is not the agency you need if you're a tiny company that has a marketing budget of $1M or so. If you're an enterprise player, this is who you should call.
