What do you like best about Didomi?

- The API is comprehensive and powerful.

- The console is quite intuitive.

What do you like best about Didomi?

I like that you can select vendors that you like, and also they have a nice analytics dashboard. It is easy to use. It is also easy to implement. Customer support is very helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leader in the market"

What do you like best about Didomi?

The UI is clean;

- They got a good "Compliance" report to help identify bad actors not respecting the CMP consent string;

- Their support is easy to reach through a live chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Didomi?

Didomi was slow to improve their web performance (especially INP), and my engineering team did invest time with theirs to help.

Since summer 2023 they did improve their web performance resulting in upgrading my review to a 8/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is is quite difficult for me to get familiar with the interface - where to find which functionality. I miss analytics report about specific consents. I want to see consent rate for marketing, analytics and other consents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to configure and manage CMP"

What do you like best about Didomi?

From the first day we started the implementation of the CMP, we had the technical support that was indicating the recommended configuration for our needs, having several sites, with only configure one, we could duplicate it and simply replace the content in the rest, saving us a lot of configuration time. The reports are very clear and dynamic, we count on technical support for any problems we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Didomi?

The truth is that I have nothing to criticize, in the last update of the platform the option to configure the CMP in other countries individually was incorporated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
