We have a better understanding of our audience, as well as an integration script that supports market changes at a technological level. At this time we have integrated a platform to charge if you want to unsubscribe from the collection of cookies and Didomi is a partner of this platform so the integration has been very easy. What do you like best about Didomi?

Didomi is an extremely comprehensive tool for consent management. What I appreciate the most is its ease of deployment, the clarity of its interface, and especially the granularity of the possible settings. The integration with our tracking tools (GTM, GA4, etc.) was seamless. It's a real advantage for ensuring GDPR compliance while maintaining a smooth user experience on our site. What do you dislike about Didomi?

The administration interface, although comprehensive, could benefit from being more intuitive, especially for less technical users. Some advanced features require guidance or skill development. What do you like best about Didomi?

The Didomi platform is quite easy to use, designed intuitively especially when it comes to creating and duplicating a consent notice. The reporting area is good. The account dedicated to us responds very quickly and kindly, and we are constantly informed about product updates and Italian and European regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Didomi?

The filtering of cookies takes more time and I recommend the integration of the Facettes tool, which is the tool that performs cookie scraping, with Didomi itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Didomi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Didomi provided us with a Consent notice aligned with legal requirements, easy to manage and implement both on our official websites and on the iOS and Android APP. The Consent is also performant in terms of loading and technical stability and does not worsen our Core Web Vitals values. What do you like best about Didomi?

The account managers are very available and responsive, which makes interactions smooth and efficient. The platform is clear, well-structured, and allows you to easily find what you need. Even without specific expertise on the subject of consent, the interface remains intuitive and the support offered is both reassuring and relevant. What do you dislike about Didomi?

The customization of texts remains complex and not very intuitive. As soon as one wishes to integrate CSS or HTML to adapt the format, a new submission to the legal services is necessary, accompanied by an email to expedite the process — which results in a significant loss of time. It would be really useful to have formatting options directly in the interface, as well as a real-time preview. Didomi effectively supports us in managing compliance related to cookies and user consent. What do you like best about Didomi?

The support is great, responses are quick and always helpful. They go the extra mile to offer us the necessary information and help. The platform itself is great to use and easy to implement, it has a lot of features that are relevant to our business, both in pure implementation as well as in analytics, user-management & others. What do you dislike about Didomi?

There are certain features that are yet to be introduced to the platform that could be useful. Every platform has its limits, but Didomi has very few. Eventually these features will be added to the platform, I'm sure, however, some out-of-the-box features, like cross-domain consent, is not easy to setup and has limits, while this works pretty seemless for other platforms, if I remember correctly. What problems is Didomi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically, all things considered device & account consent and cookies are being handled by Didomi. Setup is so easy that we just need to implement it and it will be used on a very large scale. We, as a publisher, show digital ads to increase revenue, consent is necessary for this. You can either build your own consent screen and possibly get in trouble legally as well as UX wise, or you can just use Didomi, and have no problems with these things at all. For many users, it's another platform that's taken out of necessity, for us, Didomi is the necessity and we will keep building and improving our online image in terms of privacy while keeping revenue high with high consent rates. What do you like best about Didomi?

- The customer support is excellent. You can chat in real time to CS agents within the Didomi console and they've been extremely helpful, giving very clear instructions and sometimes going as far as writing JSON snippets for us.

- The overall implementation was quick and easy via Google Tag Manager. It covers most scenarios needed to be compliant. Allowed us to try different variations and increase our Consent Rate.

- Very helpful analytics section too.

- The platform is flexible enough for someone who's not a developer to make quick changes and run experiments.

What do you dislike about Didomi?

- Some parts such as AB tests need working with JSON files. While this makes the platform flexible, we need to get developers to run tests. The CS team has been very friendly and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
