First of all, DevOpsBoard is a ready-to-use service that my team set up in a couple of minutes. We use NewRelic to search for bugs and issues in our application stack, so we integrated NewRelic into DevOpsBoard using webhooks and now have a single board that holds all our issues. Another service we use is ServerDensity to monitor all our operating systems and servers for resource outages, such as CPU, memory, and others. We now have really clear visibility of our technical debt and the tools to reduce it along with developing new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DevOpsBoard has its own built-in HelpDesk solution, and I'd like to have a different color scheme for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
