**What do you like best about DevOpsBoard?**

First of all, DevOpsBoard is a ready-to-use service that my team set up in a couple of minutes. We use NewRelic to search for bugs and issues in our application stack, so we integrated NewRelic into DevOpsBoard using webhooks and now have a single board that holds all our issues. Another service we use is ServerDensity to monitor all our operating systems and servers for resource outages, such as CPU, memory, and others. We now have really clear visibility of our technical debt and the tools to reduce it along with developing new features.

**What do you dislike about DevOpsBoard?**

DevOpsBoard has its own built-in HelpDesk solution, and I'd like to have a different color scheme for it.

**Recommendations to others considering DevOpsBoard:**

Definitely, you have to inject exception handlers at any level of your application stack to catch exceptions as soon as they appear. This is a very helpful way to find bugs in production before customers find them. All these bugs should be in the development pipeline in a prioritized backlog.

**What problems is DevOpsBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were frustrated about what our developers are occupied with and why we receive so many issues from our customers. We discovered that we have no time to create new features and modify those we've already released. We have monitoring tools, but it is unclear who is overseeing them, what the status of issues is, and so on. Now, all these incidents are visible to the rest of the team, and we have a clearly prioritized backlog of what should be done first. To have a manageable process of service development, we should use some methodology, and Kanban is the best for our team. It allows us to visualize the process, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate them to improve the productivity of the entire team.
