Each user assigned to the account is included in the subscription plan, regardless of their role or if they're actively tracking their activities with the app. Owners and Admins have other features included in the subscription plan, like access to the Dashboard, Reports and Exports, and Settings for all account users. While we currently don't have the option to exclude Owners from the subscription, we're actively exploring ways to improve our service based on customer feedback. We contacted their support for a refund or price adjustment, but they refused without any valid explanation. This is unethical billing, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.
