"Demoboost Scales Personalized Demos for Complex Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love how Demoboost, especially with Wingman, lets us quickly personalize interactive demos for every stakeholder or persona without rebuilding everything from scratch. The ability to create persona-specific demos through prompts, structure them into playlists, and then track engagement analytics has completely changed our presales workflow. Now we can enable champions internally, deliver relevant content asynchronously, and actually see what matters to each stakeholder. This has made our sales cycles more efficient, reduced the need for repetitive meetings, and improved the buying experience by respecting everyone's time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Honestly, I don’t have major complaints. If Wingman or the demo engagement analytics disappeared, we’d lose a lot of efficiency and insight. Personalization would become much more manual and we’d be more blind to stakeholder engagement. But as it stands, Demoboost solves the main problems we had. Maybe the only thing is that relying on these features means we’re very dependent on them continuing to work as smoothly as they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Demos That Help Us Qualify Leads Before the Meeting"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love how Demoboost lets prospects interact with personalized demos before meetings, using qualifying questions and branching to reveal what really matters to them. The demo engagement analytics are a game-changer, giving me real behavioral signals to prepare smarter and more relevant sales conversations. AI makes it easy to adapt demos for different audiences without a huge manual workload, enabling sophisticated, personalized experiences at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

There’s not much I dislike, but I did find that creating meaningful qualifying questions took some learning. It’s tempting to ask what helps sales, rather than what the buyer wants to answer. Also, if there’s no demo engagement data before a meeting, I feel like I’m missing part of the story, which can be frustrating after getting used to having that context. "Demoboost helps our reps tell a more consistent story"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

It helps us bring structure to how reps show the product. Before, every AE had their own version of the demo and their own way of explaining things. Some were great at it, but others would either go too deep into features or miss the bigger value story. With Demoboost, we can give reps a clear demo flow, organize demos in a library, and include speaker notes so they know what to say, not just what to click. That makes it much easier to keep messaging consistent across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Nothing major stands out. The main thing is to keep demos organized as usage grows, especially if multiple people are creating content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Decroix of Demoboost

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We appreciate your input on the need to keep demos organized as usage grows. We're continuously working on improving our platform to ensure a seamless experience, especially as more people create content.

"Versatile Demo Platform That Scales Customer Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I really appreciate how easy it is to build and reuse interactive demos for onboarding and customer education. The ability to combine demos into Playlists or Sales Rooms, customize branding with AI, and use AI avatars to explain complex workflows saves us a lot of time and lets us deliver a more personalized experience to each customer. Our customers engage much more with these hands-on demos than with traditional documentation or training sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

I don’t have major complaints, but I’d like to see the AI functionality continue to develop, especially to make building and editing demos even easier. That would really help us keep up with new product changes and further streamline our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Demo Tool with strong Branding options"
4/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I really appreciate how easy it was to incorporate our own ING Me font into Demoboost. The ability to style demos with our brand's look and feel, including custom fonts and backdrops, made the experience feel much more on-brand. The option to create playlist is a nice feature, to bundle demos from the same topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Complex applications (like the IB portal) with deeply nested shadow DOMs can experience formatting breaks or lost functionality during the initial capture phase. There are work arounds, but this made it on occasion more complex to get a perfect translation of the flows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Demoboost Transformed Our Event and Sales Demo Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I absolutely love how Demoboost's offline library made interactive demos reliable at events, even with unpredictable Wi-Fi. The choose-your-own-journey branching is fantastic for relevance, and being able to capture leads inside the demo (and push them straight to CRM) made post-event follow-up much cleaner and actionable. The ability to quickly customize demos for different events with playlists and sales rooms saves huge amounts of time and ensures consistency. Plus, the data on engagement helps us prioritize leads and measure real event ROI, not just vanity metrics. What started as an event solution is now a core part of our sales process too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike, but if I had to mention something, it's that building effective interactive demos requires discipline not to make them too long or generic. If the demo takes too long to reach the 'aha' moment, or if everyone has to follow the same path, it can lose impact. So the challenge is more about our own process and making sure we design demos that stay concise, relevant, and actionable for every attendee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Demos That Finally Make Our Product Easy to Understand"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love how Demoboost makes it incredibly easy to create truly interactive demos that feel like real product experiences, not just guided slideshows. The capture process is fast and intuitive, so my team can build and update demos without bottlenecks. Wingman takes it to another level, letting us personalize interactive demos for different industries, personas, and use cases in minutes—no rebuilding required. This combination has allowed us to scale interactive demos across our website, campaigns, and sales enablement, making product understanding much faster for buyers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If Demoboost disappeared, going back to videos and screenshots would feel like a huge step backwards. The only 'negative' is that once you get used to this level of speed and personalization, manual editing and older formats become very unattractive. But that's more about the alternatives than Demoboost itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Complex Demos into Scalable, Buyer-Friendly Experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love how Demoboost lets us intentionally craft demo stories for different audiences, making our complex product accessible without losing depth. The AI features—guide writing and refinement, narration, executive summaries, personalization, translation—save us huge amounts of time and effort. We can quickly adapt demos for different stakeholders, create reusable demo flows, and provide high-quality follow-ups that keep buyers engaged. The ability to scale presales expertise across the team and sales cycle is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Honestly, there’s very little I dislike. If Demoboost disappeared, the pain would be going back to manual guide writing, narration, and updating everything by hand, which is tedious. The only limitation is that for highly technical, sophisticated scenarios, presales still needs to be involved—but that’s expected and not really a fault of the product. "From Static Website to Dynamic Buyer Insights: Demoboost Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love how Demoboost lets us bring the product experience directly onto the website, making it interactive instead of static. The analytics are a game changer—now we can see exactly what prospects are engaging with, which features they care about, and use that data to inform sales, marketing, and even product decisions. The CRM integration and webhooks mean we can operationalize all this engagement data, making it actionable for sales, lead scoring, nurture, and more. Embedding is quick and easy, and the flexibility to experiment with demo placement and lead capture is invaluable. Revenue Intelligence is especially exciting for seeing broader patterns and connecting product engagement to pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. Creating interactive demos does take effort, even if it’s less than with other formats. You still need to be disciplined about story length and focus, and there’s some ongoing work in optimizing demo journeys and placements. But these are more about the process than the product itself. I suppose if Demoboost didn’t integrate so well with our CRM, or if analytics were siloed, it would be frustrating—but that hasn’t been our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Demo Platform that Empowers Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love the flexibility Demoboost provides—being able to decouple our demo environment from engineering resources is a game-changer. The platform lets me fully customize demos with real customer workflows, and the modular architecture makes it easy to build, duplicate, and personalize demos for different use cases and buyer personas. The playlists and methodology training are also valuable resources that help standardize delivery and boost sales confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

So far, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks with Demoboost. If anything, the main challenge has been the initial effort to build out a large, complex sandbox demo, but that's more about the scale of our needs than the platform itself. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor setup challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
