From this, we have been able to reduce cases of congestion in the production line and meet our time bounds more frequently. **What do you dislike about DELMIA Ortems?** Being able to tailor the software ideally to our production processes can be a bit difficult a task. For instance, there are unique procedures that do not fall under the regular workflow to follow different procedures of the business. **What problems is DELMIA Ortems solving and how is that benefiting you?** The use of DELMIA Ortems has been beneficial for our production planning. The way that it has scheduled our activities and using integrating with our ERP systems we have realised marked increase in our efficiency and delivery rates. ### 3.
