Due to the complex complexity of our specifications, the user interface is fairly easy to understand. Operating flexibly offers us the opportunity to replant orders in a complex demand scenario in a short time interval. **What do you dislike about Asprova APS?** As a non-SAP application, though integrating with our ERP software i.e. SAP ECC, there were some problems during implementation. **Recommendations to others considering Asprova APS:** The majority of the schedule was performed by excellent before the implementation of the tool, so the granularity of the data was not appropriate for the schedule through Asprova. For optimum planning performance, therefore, users should ensure the available level of SKU data at resource level. **What problems is Asprova APS solving and how is that benefiting you?** In order to maximize the use of resources, we decided to buy a scheduling tool because most of the planning prior to this has been carried out by manual means which lead to inoptimal results. The platform is also designed for versatile customizations depending on our needs. ### 4. Individual customers need to check if the solution suits their industry and business requirements before taking a call on going ahead **What problems is Asprova APS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us reduce waste by optimizing our resources in order to maximize capacity utilization without any capex investment. It also provides flexibility to the planner to modify the plans as per dynamic scenarios ### 5. Multinational support Lean approach to processes JiT models API for plugins Speed of simulations **What do you dislike about Asprova APS?** Old style interface Slow pace in core development Lack of cloud support Japanese approach to training material (we had to create our own) **Recommendations to others considering Asprova APS:** Test it. Go to references and demand a live demo on you data. It is worth its price and work required. With our customers I can always go and do a comparison test in APS area, and it will always win. **What problems is Asprova APS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't want to do the marketing here because it can be found on producer web page, but I can say that because of Asprova we were able to build a large group of satisfied customers, where we implemented it. And also we are able to build our company's growth basing on it. When I'm working as a consultant not as implementation guy i like to use Asprova to teach people about Logistics, JiT and stock management using Asprova.
