One thing I really like about Boomi is how easy it makes complex integrations. After working with Boomi for the last two years, I’ve found it very flexible for connecting different applications and working with various data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV. I also like how quickly we can transform and manipulate data and build integrations with less complexity. It has made integration development much easier and more efficient for me. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with Boomi, especially its user-friendly UI and ease of understanding. I haven’t faced any major issues so far. One area that could be improved further is providing more advanced debugging and monitoring capabilities, which could make troubleshooting complex integrations even easier. Boomi's smooth interface with NetSuite, which facilitates simple and effective data flows, is what I appreciate best about it.

Its drag-and-drop, low-code interface facilitates rapid integration development and deployment.

Additionally, it offers real-time, event-driven automation and expands effectively with reusable components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes dislike Boomi since it can be difficult to debug and handle errors, especially when dealing with complex operations. In comparison to more recent platforms, the user interface may seem a little antiquated and less intuitive.

As integrations grow, especially with increased usage and connectivity, it can also become costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI capability introduced recently—tools like Boomi GPT—lets us use natural-language prompts to orchestrate AI agents and auto-generate integration processes. This saves a huge amount of development effort and helps us create a go-to-market product in a shorter amount of time.

Overall performance is very good, even in cases involving complex data transformations. On top of that, Boomi’s licensing costs have proven to be significantly lower compared to other iPaaS tools we validated against our use case. Boomi’s design and UX also make it easy for developers to use.

When handling an extremely high volume of data or very large payloads, Boomi’s Atoms load entire documents into memory by default. This can lead to high CPU usage and, at times, out-of-memory crashes. On top of that, debugging batch failures can create additional overhead in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used Boomi for years now, we continue to see occasional seemingly random outages. Just can be annoying and frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the integration part of Boomi where we can communicate with multiple systems smoothly using predefined connectors, without needing large lines of code. If I want to use Salesforce or Shopify, Boomi provides the desired connectors, and I just need to input some configuration values to connect with those platforms. The initial setup of Boomi was too easy as per the guide and service support. I use Boomi daily, and I'm quite impressed with its capabilities. I rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to others. Sometimes the process reporting takes a bit to load the documents in real-time, and that could be improved. After successful execution of any process, it should show the processed documents as soon as possible, but sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes, causing delays in operations. The AI Agents that we currently exploring are really impressive. We are currently integrating them with the Boomi DataHub models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It still does the same thing when we try to execute the process, it takes lots of time to actually showing up in the process reporting page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
