The ability to change the destination of a QR code to redirect URLs instantly and seamlessly, as well as review analytics, is a game-changer for us. We frequently use QR codes integrated easily across diverse media platforms on display panels, posters, LED screens, product packaging, stickers, trade shows, materials, and ads to enable everything from software downloads to materials delivery, allowing users to behave and optimize engagement. Their customer support is excellent. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** Honestly, I don't have any dislikes. We've been using Delivr for many years and have never encountered any issues with noting. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivr has significantly reduced our need for printed materials. A QR code liking to a PDF saves us time and money on printing and shipping while ensuring recepents receive and engage with our digital materials. For example, instead of transporting printed materials to shows, we use QR codes that attendees can scan to access the necessary information. ### 2. We now create QR codes for all our music events, creating pretty cool-looking ones that make it much easier for fans to get exclusive content. Equally valuable is the analytics dashboard that shows scans and engagements in real-time to help us understand our audience and refine our strategies. Moreover, the customer service support by Delivr has been great in ensuring a smooth experience whenever we need assistance. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** I haven't yet experienced any negatives with Delivr, everything has been working smoothly! **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivr solves a problem that has to do with engaging fans directly. I was at a loss, and my graphic designers were tied up. Delivr responded within 10 minutes to my query for help, and actually got on a zoom call, shared their screen, and provided training. David had a few options, suggestions, and bam.. we were done! This was all part of my annual subscription plan, there was no extra charge for this remarkable service. David was professional and patient, obviously a well seasoned graphic / production artist and an excellent trainer and representative for Delivr. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** There is nothing I dislike about Delivr. I might suggest though, videoing a few of these live online training sessions so folks like me don't eat up David's precious time. I'd be happy to agree to make this happen. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivr provides ease of creating QR codes, and it benefits me as an agency owner (marketing, and not graphics person) that the online tool is simple, even I can create codes. And the reporting/analytics is a great tool for me to continue building my client's confidence in showing them the reach they are having (or not having.. yep, it happens). ### 4. BUT lately, their customer service blew me away. I was traveling overseas and having trouble with a code but I was having trouble accessing my account due to my location... they went out of their way to help me in just a few hours my problem (which was my fault) was resolved! **What do you dislike about Delivr?** I haven't found anything that I dislike or struggle with. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a number of books - each book has it's own QR code. But within those books, I reference a lot of other websites, charts, toolkits, etc and I have a QR code for all of them. Not only does it make it easier for people to get those resources, I can go into Delivr and see which ones people are going to more. This helps me with what I work on in the future. ### 7. Delivr has a great easy to use system. The price is right. There customer service is next to none. Customer support is easy to reach and always has clear answers for any questions and they go above and beyond to help when you need them. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** I couldnt find a bad thing to say if I tried. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization of codes/campaigns. Delivr keeps us organized by being able to add titles or notes in the backend as well as putting codes into a group "folder". The QR code generator is not random like other simar free services. It contains detailed information of our business. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** It could have been a bit less expensive. However, you don't get great things for free. I felt that even though it's expensive, they have a great payment structuring allowing us to pay every quarter of bi yearly. **Recommendations to others considering Delivr:** Kindly opt for 30 days POC before you decide. I'm sure you will be satisfied. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of Payment from consumers. Our finance system URL is usually lengthy and the consumer needs to access the billing page and go through the lengthy payment process. With delivr, we are now able to send them our customized QR and they can pay us using UPI. ### 13. It wasn't hard to get started, and once I got started, it was easy to manage my shortened URLs and QR codes that I needed for both professional and personal use. I also love the ability to share links across marketing channels. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** I dislike their pricing model. Their free version hosts up to 3 active campaigns with quite a few additional features, but the Plus version is $25/month and offers things that I don't find necessary (like 100 active campaigns, additional charge per view for more than 25000 monthly views, and link routing that isn't offered at the free level). **Recommendations to others considering Delivr:** I recommend considering some of the other free alternatives out there before committing to Delivr. Delivr makes it easy to shorten links to share via email, SMS, display, social, and more. The best approach I can recommend is to identify your primary channels and largest painpoints, then try Delivr's free version and see if it solves your most pressing issues. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivr's free version is great, but I believe the Plus or Prime 365 versions are required if you are using Delivr at the business or organizational level. It is fantastic for creating static QR codes, sharing them, printing them, and/or sending them. Their link routing operating system works well to keep things organized. ### 15. It accepts any QR type and records the information of various attributes. The digital audience needs a short URL of the links, and it helps in shortening the links with just one click, and it is straightforward to share with the SMS and other channels. The dashboard also provided which provide the basic information of all the codes and links and matrics, which are essential. Privacy is of utmost importance, and we can rely on that. **What do you dislike about Delivr?** The Code once can't be replaced, unlike the link. For sharing the QR code, RCS should be active in the SMS; however, the connection can be shared with any SMS. No specific coding is required. **Recommendations to others considering Delivr:** For standard QR codes for labeling and packaging, which can be a good thought, this QR code generator is best. If the user requires a URL shortener, this tool also provides the same, and the link can be shortened with a click. Multiple URL links can be shortened by uploading the file. User support is provided and highly recommended. **What problems is Delivr solving and how is that benefiting you?** To track the route, taking information about the customer engagement with various media like Print & Broadcasting the QR code and link create the best possible outcome. For packaging and labeling, a standard QR code is also required. It has an uptime of record of nearly total percentage. We need security & privacy at utmost importance, and this tool is monitored daily by humans and automatic systems. ### 16. Pricing should be more competitive.
