**What do you like best about Delegate?**

Delegate has given us the ability to build granular visibility into the state of our customer base. This has previously been challenging given the number of GTM Systems we have and the amount of data available that could indicate a change in the state of customers and cohorts (For example - SLA Monitoring across all systems). In particular Delegate has been key in helping us to identify underlying trends that contribute to these changes in customer health. In addition to this we are now rolling out their AI Workflows so the front-line teams can easily take the next step, or automate it entirely, through the systems they already use on a day-to-day basis. The team is also very supportive in implementation and ongoing adaptation of the product.

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

Delegate works very well through the systems we have, although having an interface to be able to setup, control and adjust scoring, predictions and workflows is something we want on the roadmap.

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Delegate?**

42AI provides actionable customer insights by consolidating data from tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, allowing our team to prioritize at-risk accounts with ease. 

Its predictive AI churn model has flagged potential issues early, leading to churn mitigation and upsell opportunities.

The programmatic health scoring is intuitive and gives a clear snapshot of account health, which has been invaluable in scaling our support efforts.

The automated workflows save time and ensure no unmanaged accounts fall through the cracks.

Hugh and Alex are very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

While 42AI is excellent at identifying key account risks, integrating with additional niche tools in our tech stack would enhance its value even further (on the roadmap).

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Proactive identification of churn risk
- Proactive identification of upsell opportunities
- Worklows embedded into slack, allowing users to action with ease.
