
Delegate has given us the ability to build granular visibility into the state of our customer base. This has previously been challenging given the number of GTM Systems we have and the amount of data available that could indicate a change in the state of customers and cohorts (For example - SLA Monitoring across all systems). In particular Delegate has been key in helping us to identify underlying trends that contribute to these changes in customer health. In addition to this we are now rolling out their AI Workflows so the front-line teams can easily take the next step, or automate it entirely, through the systems they already use on a day-to-day basis.
