There are several withdrawal options and when the one I needed was not available, due to an issue with the provider, Deel offered an alternative instantly while it was fixed. Whenever I have any enquiries or issues, the customer support is really fast, easy to get in contact and to followup the conversation. If an employer deposits funds before the due date, contractors should be able to withdraw their payment as soon as the employer releases the funds — without being charged extra fees. Currently, paying a $30 early withdrawal fee just because funds are available ahead of schedule feels unfair. A reasonable one-time fee (such as $15 for the transfer) would make sense, but doubling the charge simply because the employer paid early seems excessive. This policy should be improved so that when employers pay ahead of time, contractors aren’t penalized with additional fees just to access money that already belongs to them. I use Deel once a month and I have never had any issues. I have never needed to talk to customer support as I have had no issues with Deel ever. Before I created the account, I would have to wait for a physical check to come in the mail from the agency, and then I would have to deposit that check into my checking account. But since establishing the account with DEEL, I get an email from DEEL on the day my payment is ready. Then I go to the DEEL website and transfer the money into my checking account. That transfer can take a day or two to complete. Overall, the difference between the way things were before DEEL and now being able to get my payments through DEEL deposited directly into my checking account--well, there's just no comparison. DEEL has made the process run much more smoothly and efficiently--and I get paid that much sooner.
