I think the UI of Deel IT is good and I appreciate the attention to detail, which makes it easy to comprehend. This helps me know exactly what to expect for my paycheck. The breakdown of hours worked into categories like hourly work and bonuses, all with timestamps, makes it really convenient to track my hours and ensure everything's correct. I would like a feature that provides a comparison in the weekly pre-direct deposit reviews. I only use it twice a month to receive and withdraw mu salary. So there’s currently nothing much to dislike about Deel as it fulfills my needs and requirements. Being in Pakistan it is very hard to get paid in foreign currencies from and international Employers as paypal and other such services don’t work here. I think the reliability of Deel IT is great, especially being able to visualize everything about the transaction itself. I can schedule transactions, and there's enough flexibility with the deposit methods on different platforms. The feature of transaction transparency is really valuable because it lets me see exactly when I'm going to get my payment and what the timeline is. Plus, I know everything from the contract to the final date, and whenever I create a transfer to my personal account, I am aware of the process and timeline. It gives me different options for withdrawing my money, which is really reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Deel Payroll? Well, I would say that what Deel IT needs to work better would be probably the connections with other platforms that help with the money. Because, I mean, right now, they do not connect with the most popular ones that people use, such as ARC, Global sixty six. I know they do connect sometimes, but there are other global platforms that would really use that as well, so I would love to have that. I would also like to be able to get advanced, like, daily advances for the money that I'm supposed to get. So let's say if the contract says I get paid 3,500 at the end of the month, and I have a stable source of income for, let's say, six months, they know I will be receiving it and the contract has not been finished. So they should know, like, if I would want to get an advance for the week I already worked, I would like the platforms to allow me to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. My experience with Deel IT has been extremely good. It's always on time. I get my money before because they pay me in The Philippines, and I'm in Mexico, with a twelve to fourteen hour difference. Whenever I make the transfer from Deel IT to my account, I always receive it in less than five minutes, which is honestly just amazing. I like how the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The thing that I like the most about it is the time it takes for me to get paid. It was really easy to set up; I just logged in with my account, and my company managed everything.
