Having experience with similar products through different investment bankers over the years, and several homegrown solutions, we have been exceptionally happy with the clean design, ease-of-use, and focus of the DealRoom product. While there are some reporting features, as well as email updates, some additional reporting capabilities would be welcome. However, this does not deter from the use of the product.
