**What do you like best about DEALINTEL?**

What I like most about DEALINTEL is that it approaches fix & flip investing more conservatively than most platforms. Instead of only showing optimistic numbers, it helps evaluate renovation risk, profit scenarios, and deal assumptions before making an investment decision. The interface is clean, fast, and built specifically for real estate investors.

**What do you dislike about DEALINTEL?**

Because the platform is still relatively new, some advanced features and integrations are still evolving. I’d also like to see more market coverage and additional investor workflow tools over time. However, the core deal analysis experience is already very strong and promising.

**What problems is DEALINTEL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DEALINTEL helps reduce uncertainty in fix & flip investing by providing more conservative deal analysis, renovation planning, and risk evaluation before purchasing a property. It saves time, improves decision-making, and helps avoid overestimating profit margins on potential deals.
