Shockingly flexible, I just used it to model adding an ADU to an existing property, not just evaluating a purchase. I'm tinkering with phased renovations, mapping out what makes sense year by year. That kind of flexibility is rare. And all this is by using only Free Tier which lets you try 15 properties which is quite generous I find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealCheck is great at analyzing individual deals. But once you own them? You're on your own. It doesn't track actual expenses, rental income, or maintenance over time. You'll need another tool for ongoing property management. Also, in areas with complex tax structures, automated estimates can be inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
