Shockingly flexible, I just used it to model adding an ADU to an existing property, not just evaluating a purchase. I'm tinkering with phased renovations, mapping out what makes sense year by year. It doesn't track actual expenses, rental income, or maintenance over time. You'll need another tool for ongoing property management. I have been working on doto services for more than three years now and one of the main benefit that I am getting after working with dealcheck software is that it helps our operations team in deciding whether the new properties on which we are planning to invest are worth investments or not. One of the main disadvantage of using dealcheck is that most of the properties that are found on their dashboard are US based. I have tried finding some properties in the village areas of my state Jharkhand but there was no information available.
