The product is lighting fast. Upload your data and dataroomHQ instantly provides a birds-eye view of your business. Also, the team is 5 stars - always ready to jump in and help.

**What do you dislike about dataroomHQ?**

No downsides. You need to have an idea of which metrics to keep an eye on to drive your business forward. dataroomHQ has guidance and resources to help with that.

**What problems is dataroomHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives you a high-level overview of all the pieces that are driving revenue forward (or affecting revenue negatively). It gave us insights into our customer behaviors that we didn't have before and helped us tailor our marketing and communications to better serve and retain our customers.
