I also can quickly drill into all the details of our results at the click of a button. **What do you dislike about Datarails?** It does take a while to update once data is uploaded, and if any of the mapping changes, then all historical data would need to be updated, which could take hours. **What problems is Datarails solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, we were manually updating our reporting packages, which took a full day and often had errors. Now, I upload all the data from our CRM and, once it's mapped in DataRails, I can click a button and have our whole reporting package updates. We have been able to work through any struggles to get the process we wanted. It usually required some trial and error, but they could always figure out how to accomplish our goals. **What problems is Datarails solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to manually enter revenue information from our electronic health record system into our accounting software. Datarails created a file that would take the data, break it into the appropriate revenue generation center of our practice (27 centers) and make the information importable into Quickbooks. This process saved us about 30-40 hours of labor a month. They were also able to help us automate some allocation formulas and import the results as well. I had fantastic feedback from our users (budget owners from over 10 teams), as compared to the previous tool/platform and process. Also, I was very pleased when DataRails implemented a development enhancement (UX / GUI) that we recommended (beauty of working with a smaller but mighty company)! **What do you dislike about Datarails?** We have been using it for over a year, and thus far, everything has been working well. Visualization was the key to bringing internal systems, NetSuite, Rippling, JobVite and other systems into the mix in ONE location to provide Best In Class dashboards for our business leaders. Second, is the ability to consolidate financial information by taking out several elements of potential human error and allowing our team to focus on the data and story, not the data input.
