DFW is a very complete and complex tool with a slow learning curve (as it usually is with such tools) and the support is really doing its best to help us achieve our needs. There are a lot of possibilities to tweak your feeds to your needs. Obviously it depends on the quality of the raw feed, in many cases. But with DataFeedWatch you can turn a half-bad raw feed into a great product feed, if you take the time. Also the support has been very helpful so far.

The best things about Data Feed Watch is its ease of use and implementation.
