**What do you like best about Datacor CRM?**

From an IT perspective, creating new user accounts is quite easy as is creating new groups for controlling permissions by department.

**What do you dislike about Datacor CRM?**

I wish there were a way of deleting some user accounts instead of just flagging them as inactive.

**What problems is Datacor CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to manage system access for all employees in a more streamlined fashion.
