**What do you like best about Datacom Group?**

Datacom group was with us from the beginning, and they guided us through the whole process, both with the setup and with the training; their response to any questions/issues were instantaneous

**What do you dislike about Datacom Group?**

We didn't have any issues with Datacom group. Datacom has always been pretty quick in their responses, either for the questions we were having or with the issues we were facing.

**Recommendations to others considering Datacom Group:**

If you are looking to implement a new software solutions or a new process, Datacom is a great option,

**What problems is Datacom Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Datacom group did our initial Dynamics CRM setup and sorted all the entities and data feeds. We have a few custom entities, so the setup was a bit more complicated.
