And it has very good features like notification on sudden trends, and we use it every day for our data-driven decisions. Apart from this, they have very good customer support and a very short response time, which makes it very reliable. **What do you dislike about Data Viewer?** Everything is good in Data Viewer, except for a bit of complexity in creating custom graphs and charts. **What problems is Data Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viewing a large amount of data in a very structured manner to gain small data insights and trends. ### 2.
