What used to take me 20–30 minutes of note-wrangling after our content meeting is now more like five minutes plus a few edits. I paste my notes into the AI task creation and it breaks things into tasks and subtasks well enough that I'm mostly just cleaning up rather than building from scratch. The layout helps too, it's not a lot to navigate, so I actually use it instead of putting it off. **What do you dislike about Dart?** Performance slows down when a project gets large. One of our campaign boards has a lot of subtasks at this point, and switching between views is noticeably sluggish. The other thing is documentation, there are workflow features I'm probably not using correctly just because it's not obvious how they're supposed to work. I still double-check everything the AI generates before assigning tasks too, since it occasionally groups unrelated items together. **What problems is Dart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planning used to feel like a whole separate task, so I'd put it off. Now I can get my notes organized quickly enough that it doesn't eat into actual work time. The AI task creation handles most of the sorting after our weekly meeting, so Monday mornings are less of a slog. I'm also keeping projects updated more consistently than I was before, I think partly because it's not annoying to open and make a quick change. ### 2. I dump a rough list of what needs to happen that week and it turns it into something structured. I still edit it every time, but it's faster than starting from zero. **What do you dislike about Dart?** Larger projects with a lot of subtasks can be slow to load sometimes. Not a constant issue, but it happens enough to notice. The API docs could also use more worked examples. **What problems is Dart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly the setup overhead that comes with managing marketing tasks. I was spending too much time organizing and reorganizing in my last tool. Dart cut that down, mainly through the AI task drafting, so weekly planning takes less time than it used to. ### 3. That in itself is useful, but I see most potential in integrating this app with other software lacking AI features. (In my case, Azure DevOps). Support is excellent, with fast, high quality responses going way beyond what I'm used to from larger competitors. Getting started is simple with a useful tutorial. Keyboard shortcuts, once mastered, allow for very quick task management. Multiple ready to use integration options for popular software suites are available as well as an open API that allows for custom solutions. For me, using Dart is a useful and fun experience. It's a young app, which can be felt by the AI first design and the direct communication with support team & developers via Discord. **What do you dislike about Dart?** The responsiveness of the app could be better (lag), and the documentation of the API is still in the early stages. This is not as big an issue as it usually would be due to the high quality support. **What problems is Dart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gantt chart creation based on DevOps work items. I feel like other apps have AI features that you need to figure out how to integrate into your workflow, but Dart really integrates AI into the process and pre-configures it to help productivity. **What do you dislike about Dart?** Transitioning can take a little time, but it's fairly similar to a ClickUp / Notion hybrid **What problems is Dart solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest benefits I found is Dart's ability to break down tasks using AI into smaller tasks, scheduling them, and allowing the AI to oversee all tasks in a given period to create custom reports. ### 5.
