**What do you like best about Dante AI?**

Dante AI feels like the solution I’ve been looking for to for AI Chatbot, Calls and Liveagent in one for my business. I’ve only recently started exploring it, but I’m already impressed with how well-designed the whole experience is. 

And it’s simple to set up, and manage for me since it's no-code. It's working for us at least for now and the AI sounds great too.
I've tried a number of AI custom chatbot builder but if you’ve been looking for an AI system that feels ready out of the box, this works.

**What do you dislike about Dante AI?**

So far, nothing major stands out. If anything, I’d love to see human handover added to the voice AI in the future. That would make it a complete solution for us if that happens.

**What problems is Dante AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dante AI is helping me solve a huge gap I’ve had for a while providing instant, intelligent responses to my customers without needing to be online all the time. It makes it easy to manage conversations across my website and channels while keeping the experience personal and professional.

The biggest benefit is time and consistency. I can now engage visitors 24/7, capture leads, and offer a smoother experience without hiring extra staff. It’s also helping me learn how people interact with my business, which improves how I communicate overall.

I enjoy ease of use and how natural my workflow has been since day one. I started using it around a year ago, and never looked back.

**What do you dislike about Dante AI?**

Didn't find much so far, anything I break team provides support on super fast.

**What problems is Dante AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over the past year I built number of custom trained chatbots to provide value to my customers, from internal chatbots to provide support to fully integrated workflows.
