  ### 1. First time pass on ISO27001:2022 - what's not to like!

**What do you like best about cybercontrols.io?**

- Friendly - honestly, this isn't to be underrated, they were so easy to talk to, and didn't hide behind the esoteric language that can sometimes appear in ISO
- Knowledgeable - their knowledge base was superb in helping us navigate
- Thorough - they didn't pull any punches in highlighting the gaps, they were honest (yet kind), and it helped us identify the areas we really need to focus in on

**What do you dislike about cybercontrols.io?**

- Nothing really - the interaction with them was superb, and I found myself enjoying the calls we had.

**What problems is cybercontrols.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Cybercontrols in our lead up to ISO27001 stage 2 audit.  We knew our systems weren't ideal, and we had only been putting together ISO evidence for 4 months.

Cybercontrols came in and worked through our first major internal audit of the whole system, and it was rigourously reviewed.  Not a small number of findings!  But, they worked hand in hand with us to coach us on the findings, and helped us understand the control in-depth, and worked with us to help us understand what good practice and good evidence looked like for this.  That internal audit, with ~18 findings helped steer our final stages of ISO preparation.

Our final stage 2 audit was a first time pass with zero findings, and only one OFA, against the latest standard (ISO27001:2022).  We couldn't be happier!
