What do you like best about CxCRM?

The CxCRM is the portal that collects the customer's feedback sort it out and collects some valuable fields. CxCRM is a platform that manages the sales some other data of each and every customer. It is for smaller business products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CxCRM?

The CxCRM is good for the smaller business but it is a little bit costly for the smaller business. So, there is only one dislike for the CxCRM. But, all the way it is a good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CxCRM?

Using cxCRM we can get customer feedback easily and manage and i can use this feedback to improve our products and we can track customers reviews on daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CxCRM?

CxCRM most disliked thing is that its no provide any free trial or any free version. Cxcrm doesn't have many functionality like a reminder system , email marketing, and file storage on cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
