Beyond commerce, CWS Platform is the infrastructure for AI agents in sales. At its core is a deterministic rules engine, the CDL Workspace, with approximately 1,029 configurable parameters that operate on top of the customer's ERP, giving AI agents the structured, reliable foundation they need to act on real commercial terms. The platform covers catalog, pricing, credit, ordering, logistics, and payments, organized into ten modules and six AI agents: Buyer Agent, Sales Agent, Store Agent, Supply Agent, Catalog Image Agent, and CDL Architect. CWS´s team was great during the onboarding process and periodically help us review our metrics and look for improvement opportunities. They are constantly adding new features and adopting AI tools, so the platform is always up to date with all latest trends. **What do you dislike about CWS Platform?** I feel like the integration with our systems could be improved. There are APIs available and we will use them as the project matures, but at an early stage it would be much esier to have native integrations with our ERP system. **What problems is CWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the automotive aftermarket, the number of SKUs grow exponentially with every new vehicle model. Faced with space and cash constraints, most distributors focus only on fast moving items. As a component manufacturer, we always had difficulties making our portfolio long tail available to end consumers. With the CWS Platform we were able to build a marketplace where our entire product portfolio is available to customers in the whole country. ### 2. Onboarding is quick and the platform is easy to use day to day. On the integration side there's a lot you can do: webhooks and APIs make it practical to connect CWS to ERP and other applications without forcing you to replatform. **What do you dislike about CWS Platform?** Front-end design could be more flexible — additional customization over layout, components and styling would make it easier to match our brand identity. **What problems is CWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The CWS platform is enabling us to digitalize and centralize our B2B and B2C sales channels in a single environment, integrated with our ERP. So far, in some processes that needed to be structured within my company, CWS already had a resource to meet this need. As a result, our operations have become easier and much more practical. **What do you dislike about CWS Platform?** The process of consultant/support service is still a point of adaptation, as my company has not fully gotten used to the ticket flow. Even though the responses are quick, this format still somewhat complicates our daily routine. **What problems is CWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we chose CWS as a partner, we have been able to solve strategic points for the company's growth. The main one was the implementation of our Benefits Club, through the Cashback program, which strengthened customer relationships, increased loyalty, and added even more value to our sales. Furthermore, CWS allowed us to better structure our product catalog, making the information more organized and facilitating management. As a result, we enhanced our sales in the digital environment, offering customers a shopping experience available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
