CustomerEagle.com Reviews & Product Details

CustomerEagle is an AI-native customer support platform for growing e-commerce, SaaS and service teams. One inbox brings together website chat, email, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, while an AI agent grounded in your help centre answers routine questions on arrival, cites the article it used and hands over to a person the moment it is not confident. Agents get a copilot for drafts, tone rewrite, summaries and live translation. Managers get routing, SLAs, automations, proactive rules, CSAT, tasks and a team planner, a built-in CRM and analytics. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce so the AI can look up orders and propose refunds or edits that a person approves before anything runs. Add AI Voice to answer phone calls from the same knowledge. SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, a public API, webhooks and Zapier are included. Available in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. Start a 30-day free trial of any paid plan with no credit card, or use the Free plan for as long as you like.
