**What do you like best about Customer Success Training?**

The trainer, Chris Allison, ran the program like a true professional and was generous with his knowledge and expertise.
The training program was easy to follow, pre-work for each session was then consolidated in the live sessions. 
It was interactive and time to ask questions was catered for.

**What do you dislike about Customer Success Training?**

I was craving more info so maybe a follow up session in 8-12 weeks to see how first impact was achieved

**Recommendations to others considering Customer Success Training:**

If you are new to Customer Success or want to enhance your current skillset then this course is for you!
It provides lots of tools, tips and tricks to make you shine.
