cusoso Target Reviews & Product Details

cusoso Target is a cloud-based B2B procurement platform built for mid-market companies that want to modernize purchasing without a lengthy, consultant-heavy implementation. It brings together the core building blocks of professional procurement — purchasing planning, RFQs, e-auctions, and supplier evaluation — in a single, intuitive interface that teams can start using within minutes rather than months. Unlike traditional enterprise procurement suites such as SAP Ariba, Onventis, or Jaggaer, which typically require 3 to 12 months of implementation and dedicated consultants, cusoso Target is self-configurable and productive from day one. Unlike spreadsheet- and email-based purchasing, it replaces manual, error-prone processes with structured workflows, full audit trails, and centralized supplier and article databases — without sacrificing the flexibility smaller teams need. cusoso Target is organized into 10 integrated modules covering the full purchasing lifecycle: demand planning and bundling, RFQ management, e-auctions, supplier evaluation, reporting and analytics, and article and supplier databases. The platform is built to scale from small purchasing teams of 5 users up to enterprise organizations with 500+ users, and pricing is transparent and monthly cancellable — no long-term contracts, no hidden costs. A distinctive strength of cusoso Target is its support for purchasing structures beyond a single company. The platform is designed to serve not only individual procurement departments but also networks of multiple, legally independent members — such as purchasing cooperatives, buying groups, and retail or franchise networks — where visibility rights between members must be carefully separated for competitive and antitrust reasons. This makes cusoso Target particularly well suited for organizations coordinating purchasing volume across independent entities, a use case most procurement software is not built to handle. Technically, cusoso Target offers a REST API and SSO for seamless ERP integration, is GDPR-compliant with EU hosting, and includes role-based access controls. The platform is AI-ready, with agentic AI and RAG-based capabilities built into its architecture, allowing procurement teams to leverage automation as their needs evolve. cusoso Target is developed by cusoso GmbH, a German procurement software company with over 40 years of combined industry experience and more than 1,500 industry partners. The company also offers White-Label and Custom variants of the platform for organizations that need their own branding or fully bespoke procurement solutions, alongside cusoso Managed, a sourcing- and auction-as-a-service offering run by cusoso's own procurement experts. Whether replacing spreadsheets or migrating away from a slow-moving legacy suite, cusoso Target gives procurement teams a fast, transparent, and scalable way to run purchasing planning, sourcing, and supplier management from one platform.
