Customer support is also top-notch in solving any concerns. I'm genuinely impressed with its accuracy and versatility. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy. **What do you dislike about Curo Speech?** System requirements are a bit on the demanding side. It is AI and the process involves no manual work, therefore is user friendly. It provides an option of customer interaction which comes handy along with accuracy in its speech recognition. It is also cost effective platform for the users. **What do you dislike about Curo Speech?** Bulk conversions are bit challening to perform with the Curo Speech AI. But for now it will be very helpful for customer interaction. Was very easy to use and setup. It was also very good at recognizing voices over phones which I found in other similar products a little lacking. Since most of the input will be either text or voice of VOIP, I found this feature helpful. I also liked how easy it is to integrate it with existing customer support infrastructure which is a very nice feature. **What do you dislike about Curo Speech?** Sometimes the system misidentifies topics, people and conversations and then leads the entire thing in a totally tangential direction by mentioning facts that are irrelevant or presenting options that are entirely not relevant to the conversation. **What problems is Curo Speech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to integrate an intelligent customer complaint and support system to my product.
