What do you like best about Curo Speech?

curo speech is highly personalized and its intelligent virtual assistance seems very natural. it really feels like customers are interacting with a human agent rather than a machine. we have tried NLP with our AI Experience developer but the results of Curo seem to be unmatched. we have used it for one of our offshore clients and they are very happy with the results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Curo Speech?

Great at generating and handling conversations:- It was very good at handling conversations like coustomer reviews, support. Was very easy to use and setup.

It was also very good at recognising voices over phones which I found in other similar products a little lacking. Since most of the input will be either text or vioice of VOIP , I found this feature helpful.

I also liked how easy it is to integrate it with exiting customer support infrastructure which is a very nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the system misidentifies topics, people and conversations and then lead the entire things in a totally tangential direction by mentioning facts that are irrelevant or presenting with options that are entirely not relevant to the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
