Was very easy to use and setup. It was also very good at recognising voices over phones which I found in other similar products a little lacking. Since most of the input will be either text or vioice of VOIP , I found this feature helpful. I also liked how easy it is to integrate it with exiting customer support infrastructure which is a very nice feature. **What do you dislike about Curo Speech?** Sometimes the system misidentifies topics, people and conversations and then lead the entire things in a totally tangential direction by mentioning facts that are irrelevant or presenting with options that are entirely not relevant to the conversation. **What problems is Curo Speech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to integrate an intelligent customer complaint and support system to my product.
