**What do you like best about CT Mobility?**

CTM is super reliable and flexible. At RideNow, we love how their platform easily adapts to our needs, and the dashboards are just awesome! They give us a clear view of everything and help us make quick decisions when something needs fixing. Plus, their support team is always there for us, helping to set up features like dynamic pricing or tracking the fleet. It’s really helped us grow our business and offer cool new features to our customers.

**What do you dislike about CT Mobility?**

Honestly, setting up new features can sometimes take a bit longer than expected. We need to have more discussions to get everything working smoothly. But their team is always helpful and sorts things out, so it’s not a big deal.

**What problems is CT Mobility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CTM helps us streamline our operations by giving us a centralized platform to manage everything. Before, we had to use multiple tools to handle fleet management, pricing, and customer service. Now, everything is in one place, and it saves us a lot of time and hassle. The analytics tools they provide are also a game-changer — we can see what’s working and what needs improvement instantly, which helps us make better business decisions and keep our customers happy.
