The monthly feature rollouts continue to improve an already great product. I can't imagine there being a more simplified product. **What do you dislike about CSX eCommerce Platform?** Products become more difficult to manage as Supplier and SKU counts increase... specifically when exporting. Hopefully, future development will allow the filtering of export content (i.e., export this supplier's products only and include only those attributes that are applied to those products). Currently, I equate our product export files to a very cluttered garage. You have to move/throw out a lot of stuff before finding what you are looking for. **What problems is CSX eCommerce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a small company, CXS eCommerce Platform has allowed us to manage a large-scale web presence without adding/dedicating staff. It has become as important of a tool as Prophet 21 and Microsoft Outlook are to us. ### 2. I have several employees that are in it daily making changes, adding photos and content, all with ease. Channel Software takes the user's experience seriously and makes updates to their software based on user feedback. **What do you dislike about CSX eCommerce Platform?** There is not much I can say about disliking the software. When I had any issues, Channel helped me through them, and if technologically possible, made changes based on the suggestions we gave to them. **What problems is CSX eCommerce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting product content and photos into our old site was hard and time-consuming. With the CSX eCommerce Platform, we can easily add and update content on the site. This improved our customer's overall experience with our site. ### 3. One of the easiest software solutions for connecting with our our CRM and ERP systems. **What do you dislike about CSX eCommerce Platform?** As with any new software, the learning curve for some of the operations team was a challenge but we anticipate that it would have been the same with whatever system we implemented. **What problems is CSX eCommerce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a smaller company. As such IT resources are scarce and the prospect of going outside for development assistance is generally the fastest path to sidelining a project. Channel Software enabled our internal teams to perform their day-to-day jobs and without having to waste a lot of time with software setup and configuration ### 5.
