Using Crunchbase, we will get details of a company in our marketing. This is helpful to send personalized drip campaigns to our targeted customers. We focus on the edtech market, and this helps us gain insight about companies funded in this sector. So our team can easily start a conversation with people using the data. Using this data, we can make marketing decisions quickly. With an email, we can set up an account in Crunchbase, and the UI is simple to find companies. Most helpful features of it are:
1. There is a constant for us to analyze the financial information of other similar companies that of ours and look for performance alignment. And Crunchbase allows me to find the financial as well as other information of various companies in a really easy manner and set a benchmark.
2. We are planning to have several rounds for funds, and Crunchbase facilitates this by letting me find and connect with the right investor as well as broadening my network.
3. One of my personal favourite feature of it is its algorithm to suggest companies similar to my interest, which makes it easy for me to find my interested space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Features I disliked about it are:
1. The filter tool lacked some advanced features which can be included to let us choose and analyze more companies in an efficient manner.
2. The interface of Crunchbase on mobile is really cumbersome and difficult to operate on.
