Crove allows multiple combinations. Nice integration with other apps like Google Sheets. It seamlessly integrates and detects new data lines, triggering workflows. Multiple customization possibilities to create the perfect workflow that matches your needs. It makes things easier and more efficient. Time-Saving. Crove takes care of the entire process, avoiding human errors so I can concentrate on another tasks. Crove opens a lot of possibilities as a tool, and it's worth to keep creating new formulas I enjoy exploring different options. Webhook endless possibilities **What do you dislike about Crove?** At the beginning it's not as easy as it looks. I needed to watch a few tutorials to fully understand the Crove philosophy on creating workflows. Dragging fields in a PDF, the PDF works like a background image and it's difficult to create the form. Best option is to work with a text document, so much easier. **What problems is Crove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation of documents workflow. Previously I was using Google Doc templates in Zapier which I found to be really clunky and not work consistentnly. Crove has solve that problem. It's very user friendly and easy to set up templates. **What do you dislike about Crove?** Crove is still early, and there are several more features I would like. I would like them to integrate with outside e-signature programs so that I can automate documents and send to a different e-signature platform automatically. I would like to replace Formstack Documents, which is way too expensive. I would like to be able to customize the name of the document generated within Zapier. **Recommendations to others considering Crove:** Its the right price for a good solution. **What problems is Crove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crove has solved the intermittent usability of Google Doc Templates from within Zapier. Its very reasonably priced and they are iterating quickly. Our team is using this a lot and can set up templates very fast. ### 3. Really convenient tool essential for every entrepreneur, business, freelancer **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Trainer Coach & Consultant for Entrepreneurs & Small Businesses, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2021 **What do you like best about Crove?** I have been looking for a long time for a better alternative to Webmerge-Formstack and really really glad I found Crove as it is super efficient, convenient to use, and provides even more options, with conditions logic etc. It integrates with Integrately, Zapier, Pabbly, KonnectzIT, + Webhooks and API, so you can take input from any form (I use Paperform or Landbot with integration with Integrately) but any others will do, Crove also includes an internal form to have a all-in-one process if you prefer, and you can pretty much do everything related to PDF personalisation and automation. **What do you dislike about Crove?** I needed a solution to fulfill a need to implement a complex process for test of personality and sending results with different files according to the results etc. But the support was really helpful in helping me find a solution to implement this more advanced process. And it works very well! Support is also open to add new features to their roadmap which is great. **Recommendations to others considering Crove:** There are a lot of use cases as those mentioned above + you can also use the templates provided by Crove. **What problems is Crove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Here are my use cases : - sending letter automatically by email from any form submission, with signature - sending personalised ebook with my client name and details - sending the pdf summary of a coaching session with the answers filled in by my client during the coaching session in the pdf as well as their name details. - sending personalised results of personality test by choosing the pdf corresponding to the personality type and fill it in with name and details of the client. - many others. I am already using it for simple and more complex processes and the support has been really helpful and responsive, an amazing tool, really! Finally I can implement more! :) Thanks! ### 4. They can be easily customized as per your need. The language of the document looks professional and you can easily get going with little bit of edits. **What do you dislike about Crove?** I would like to see templates in more areas, finance, freelancer contracts, etc. These will make it a fairly comprehensive library for small business owners oe independent consultants. **What problems is Crove solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using crove to create business documents like appointment letters. I can get accurate language by using these documents, which otherwise will be very difficult. ### 5. Sorry I have to emphasize that part first. I have been searching for document automation solutions since last year. I have found several good ones, but they alway had issues with Thai charactors when printed out as final PDF. Many of them do not work at all; some work but still have issue with displaying complex vowel correctly. However, Crove works flawlessly, and I did try to stress test it regarding this language issue. Anyway, as for the document automation itself, it is very robust. The UI/UX is very simple and clean. Learning curve is very minimal. I could get to work right away within minutes. Complex workflows can be done quickly and easily. With webhooks and zapier, the possibilities of workflow regarding document automation is endless. **What do you dislike about Crove?** Although template editing is easy to do here, I would love to see more of them and varieties please. **Recommendations to others considering Crove:** Crove is very robust and easy to use. Give this one a try and you will save times. **What problems is Crove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documents are part of every business, and the ability to automate this process is vital part to improve efficiency. The big problem is, while many tools could do this, but they were not practical for me because I could not get them to work with the language I need. Crove solves this. Thank you!!!!! ### 6. Crove makes the document creation process simple. From the document creation process to sending for signatures. I needed to be able to create templates, share the links, and have my reps, clients, and prospects fill them out, with pdf documents generated when complete. After researching between several document solutions for about a week I stumbled across Crove and thought that I'd give it a try. I created a test account and started playing around with it. Crove seems very plain and simple when you first login. At first I had the impression that it did not have the features that I required. Behind that simple UI, it is robust with feature and logical based behaviors. The workflow between creating documents and forms is seamless. The features set is very robust, and the shareable forms are beautiful and modern looking. Just an overall great experience. I knocked out 5 document templates in about an hour, with some of the other similar tools it was excruciating trying to match the fields and get it looking professional. With Crove, it only took minutes. Super fast and responsive support. The Roadmap looks good with integration with several well know automation platforms. I highly recommend Crove. ### 9. It helps me complete many different types of tasks such as converting PDF forms into mobile-friendly forms and creating monthly reports. The software also allows you to collect contact information for generating contracts. It also generates business proposals that need signatures and sends forms to collect details for generating contracts.
