**What do you like best about CronSights?**

The time tracking capabilities within Salesforce provide valuable information on how long agents are spending working cases.

**What do you dislike about CronSights?**

The time tracking is limited to how much time an agent spends with the case as the active tab. This has the potential to be inaccurate if agents do sit on the screen while working other support issues.

**What problems is CronSights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agent Productivity. Benefits have been realized as we've been able to integrate this data into our eWorkforce Management software. This has enabled more accurate workload forecasting.

Time tracking at record level within Salesforce

**What do you dislike about CronSights?**

Not much really, this tool is really flexible.

**Recommendations to others considering CronSights:**

Measuring time is time well spent

**What problems is CronSights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had no idea how much time I or my team was spending on sales. We are now able to measure our time spend within, Case, Opportunities etc and as such we are better able to resource projects.

**What do you like best about CronSights?**

Fully integrates with Salesforce.  Great time tracking software so you can measure how long your support staff is working on cases. 

**What do you dislike about CronSights?**

Reporting is a bit tricky but overcomable.  Everything else is great.

**Recommendations to others considering CronSights:**

Give it a try .. I can't find another tool out there that does any better.
