What do you like best about CROJungle?

1) Deliverables are ALWAYS top tier quality. I am amazed that they haven't already been acquired by a larger company.

2) They come exceptionally prepared to EVERY engagement. I had what I thought was a formal meet and discuss the project meeting - without asking, CROJ came with a fully mapped out breakdown of our website, our top competitors' websites, and recommendations on how to proceed.

3) Communication before, during, and closing is excellent. I never felt out of the loop on goals, progress, delivery dates, etc.

What do you dislike about CROJungle?

Honestly, their website at the time (not sure if they replaced it since) was great, but didn't educate me enough on just how much they offered. So if you are wondering if they offer related services - definitely ask. They may be able to help you with more than what is stated on their site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CROJungle:

Book them. I considered 40+ alternatives (yes actually 40+, that number is probably low). This team is by far underpriced and consistently over deliver. You can actually trust them and work with them well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CROJungle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed to provide potential customers with a quality experience in our marketing (website, branding, ads, etc) that matched the best in market quality of our product.

To do this we needed to understand and replace our website and branding.

After averaging 1 subscriber per month, we rolled out our new website and landed 20 subscribers in just two weeks. The rate of growth since has only increased.

Also CROJ's branding reccomendations were excellent. We have tested 10x more favorably in all of our focus groups than we did before making the changes.

The are a popular company, and handle multiple projects.

Their response times can be inconsistent.

If working with them, stress communication expectations early.

If you are new to startups/business, but need an updated website, go with CROJungle as a one-stop-shop.

What problems is CROJungle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our original website was terrible at converting. Google Analytics showed high-bounce rate.

Worked with CROJungle to design customer-optimised journey plan, and translated this into the wireframe -> UX -> UI of the final site.
