
How interactive and fast the SOC is. The SOC is really great at interactions by expanding on details when needed, bouncing ideas off of and explaining product feature behaviors. The SOC is fast in that for three years running they have exceeded expectations on response and remediation of all alerts in under an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many paths to support with some visible some not. There are different layers to support and even some that include the SOC submitting tickets to product on behalf of the customer.
