## Critical Start Reviews
  ### 1. The ultimate trusted behavior registry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Senior Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Critical Start?**

How interactive and fast the SOC is. The SOC is really great at interactions by expanding on details when needed, bouncing ideas off of and explaining product feature behaviors. The SOC is fast in that for three years running they have exceeded expectations on response and remediation of all alerts in under an hour.

**What do you dislike about Critical Start?**

Too many paths to support with some visible some not. There are different layers to support and even some that include the SOC submitting tickets to product on behalf of the customer. There is a general since of confusion when trying to newly navigate these paths. Over time this can get better.

**What problems is Critical Start solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Critical Start has been incridibly valuable in both onboarding new security tools and helping tune trusted behaviors once onboarded. Once there the product workflow is incridibly helpful in understanding alerts and events as they relate not only to the organization I'm with, but are these events unique to the organization or being observed across the entire customer base. You get great visibilty on what the SOC is analyzing manually and can really dig into the escalations to find paths to managing those Alerts to a consistent playbook with well defined paths.

  ### 2. cyber attack defender

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Senior Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Critical Start?**

The value of having a database with a protected system is priceless, you get peace of mind knowing that Critical Start is always active, defending the system from cyber attacks that affect the database that has been implemented for so many years.

alerts of possible attacks identify the possible problems that can cause and can be avoided

**What do you dislike about Critical Start?**

They provide a super efficient end-to-end service that has achieved perfect security and that I have not had any inconvenience in what they have failed to make me write something that I dislike, all their service has been good

**What problems is Critical Start solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is to be able to have peace of mind that the work is safe from any attack and does not affect important information, they transmit security and confidence

  ### 3. generates peace of mind to be safe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott S. | Psicólogo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Critical Start?**

It keeps the entire system safe, giving you peace of mind that nothing bad can happen to files or data that are of the utmost importance. Its instant notifications when something is causing a risk are perfect for being alert to possible attacks.

all its management is efficient running good software

**What do you dislike about Critical Start?**

I feel that nothing displeases me about this good platform I think about it and I think about it and I don't see something bad that makes me upset, everything has been a good service

**What problems is Critical Start solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the feeling of security is the best part of all because we don't have to worry about the uncomfortable feeling of danger, the work flows much better that way.
