The SOC is really great at interactions by expanding on details when needed, bouncing ideas off of and explaining product feature behaviors. The SOC is fast in that for three years running they have exceeded expectations on response and remediation of all alerts in under an hour. **What do you dislike about Critical Start?** Too many paths to support with some visible some not. There are different layers to support and even some that include the SOC submitting tickets to product on behalf of the customer. There is a general since of confusion when trying to newly navigate these paths. Over time this can get better. **What problems is Critical Start solving and how is that benefiting you?** Critical Start has been incridibly valuable in both onboarding new security tools and helping tune trusted behaviors once onboarded. Once there the product workflow is incridibly helpful in understanding alerts and events as they relate not only to the organization I'm with, but are these events unique to the organization or being observed across the entire customer base.
