Perhaps the best thing we've gained by moving to Crexendo is the ease of system management. Our sales consultant, Jim Hall, was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions and changes. He also worked with me to make sure the new service costs met or beat the costs of our old service, which was important to us as a non-profit. (All in, switching saved about $100/mo in our telecom expenses.) There are plenty of options and service levels so you can get what you need for each member of the organization... no overpaying for things you don't need... or someone doing without because nobody else needs the feature. Our implementation consultant, Mary Jenkins, was able to help us easily setup the system to mimic some of the features we liked from our old on-prem system. She also effectively helped us work through hiccups that were outside Crexendo's control. The management portal is modern, easy to use, flexible, and thorough. And the sound quality is EXCEPTIONAL! Features like voicemail transcription and a mobile app have made it easier for us to communicate amid differing schedules and locations. We purchased our phones through Crexendo, so they came pre-provisioned and were a snap to deploy -- just plug them in and you're up! Overall, one of the best technology transitions I've worked through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really the ONLY downside we encountered was leaving behind our *large* pool of DID numbers. We ported over the ones that were in use... but with a traditional provider, you get that pool and it really doesn't cost anything extra... whereas the "a la carte" DIDs (those added on to a lower service level) are a nominal fee per number. But we didn't see that as reason to not switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
