**What do you like best about Creventa?**

The workflow that allows our team to create the event, our guests to add their menu requirements and dietary preferences, our teams ability to respond to dietary preferences in a clear and verifiable way that then is communicated to all corners of our business to allow successful execution.

Simple to follow and understand for both our events team and our front of house team.

**What do you dislike about Creventa?**

It overlaps with some of our existing software, so we had to decide which data is stored where. - Fortunately there is some useful API integration that removes double entry of information.

**What problems is Creventa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human error -Both in terms of guest organisers not checking about dietary preferences and last minute changes allowing our own team to update one report and not the other. There is a single point of data for every guest that is used for all reports.

This is a product that truly saves time and boosts efficiency. Over the time we’ve worked together, I’ve seen how much their solution has evolved — constantly improving based on our needs and feedback. Their problem-solving mindset stands out; whenever a challenge arises, Andrew, Luke and Claire approach with determination to find the best possible solution.

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike about Creventa!

**What problems is Creventa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creventa is solving the challenge of inefficiency and complexity in creating placecards, collecting preorders and arranging seating plans. The product simplifies these tasks, saving us significant time and reduces errors.
